I’m the type of person that likes to plan out every aspect of my day, and that aspect of my personality has bled over into when I read. I like to make a plan for reading and have a TBR list for every book that I plan to read a few weeks ahead. Because of this, I thought I’d share some of the books on my upcoming TBR. At the moment I’m reading Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare, but once I finish I plan to read… Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah Continue Les Misérables by Victor Hugo Miss Mayhem by Rachel Hawkins Lady Renegades by Rachel Hawkins I don’t know if I’ll get through all the books I mentioned above or when I’ll read them but these are the books that I am looking forward to and planning to read! Hello my fellow readers!!! As most of you know, I recently finished part one of Les Misérables (titled Fantine) and I really enjoyed it! Of course this is only part of a story so I will be talking about it as that— a part for the story to build off of. I was very excited to start Les Mis after having listening to the Broadway show music on repeat and seeing the movie, so I came into this with high expectations, but also knowledge that Victor Hugo does go on tangents. This was great to know since Victor Hugo does in fact like to harp on about things of little relevance to the subject— some of these tangents add to the experience… and some you can just skip. Characters were great, as to be expected, and Victor Hugo spares no page developing them— he takes his SWEET time showing you their EVERY LITTLE inner conflict. Again, at times this is rewarding, but other times it just drags. Overall, I enjoyed reading this first part (even the parts that dragged) and I’m excited to...

Since I just finished a read-a-thon and just got a book in the mail I figured it's about time for a reading update! So at the moment I'm reading Les Mis  by Victor Hugo! I'm about 150 pages in and I'm really enjoying it so far! I'm excited to get to characters that I recognize from the play and I can't wait to read more! This is doubling as a book haul now because I recently got Scarlet by Marissa Meyer in the mail! This is the sequel to Cinder (which I liked) and I'm excited to read it! The cover is GORGEOUS! THE BOOKTUBE-A-THON HAS ENDED! YES! Finally the Booktube-a-thon has ended and I got a decent amount of reading done during it! I read 170 pages of Huck Finn and 100 pages of Les Miserables! TWO MORE DAYS OF THE BOOKTUBE-A-THON ARE GONE! Wow time flies! Sorry I missed a day but I started school today so I was busy getting things ready for that so this will be an update for today AND yesterday! Yesterday I read about 50 pages of Huck Finn (finally) finishing that out! I had been reading it since before the read-a-thon and I'm glad to be done!  Today I started Les Mis (yes finally!) and got 40 pages in!
